What you need:
- Piece of aluminium (about
1,0mm thick).
- 3 bolts and 3 nuts.
- Usual tools.
Cost:
Something like $5,-
Time:
Uhhh, well, about half
an hour.
Why:
That`s a good question!
Did you ever noticed how dirty the rear shock gets? Even when
you only ride the street up and down it gets dirty as if you
went offroad. I found it pretty irritating. That`s why I made
this little mudguard/fender/whatever. I made it a bit to low.
I should have made it 10cm higher and then it would really
help, but still I can see a difference. The rear shock doesn`t
get dirty anymore, at least not so fast.
Overall:
Easy. When you can work
with a metal saw, you can do this.
Good luck!
